At Trading Nurse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at tradingnurse @ hotmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at tradingnurse @ hotmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.
