Returns Policy

At Trading Nurse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at tradingnurse @ hotmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at tradingnurse @ hotmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.
